Otitis Media - Middle ear infection :
Otitis Externa or external auditory canal :
Infection and inflammation of the external outer ear canal, often due to water exposure, causing ear pain, itching, and discharge. It may be bacterial, fungal, viral traumatic or other causes
Tinnitus or sound perception in ear :
it's intermittent or continuous perception or feel of ringing, buzzing, or other noises in the ears without an external or actual sound source, often caused by ear injury, exposure to loud noises, or age-related hearing loss.
Hearing Loss:
Otosclerosis:
Abnormal bone growth in the middle ear, which can lead to progressive conductive hearing loss as it prevents the stapes bone from vibrating properly.
Earwax Impaction:
Accumulation of earwax that blocks the ear canal, causing hearing loss, earache, and sometimes dizziness or tinnitus.
Meniere's Disease:

Vertigo:

Inflammation of the inner ear labyrinth, typically caused by viral infections, leading to vertigo, hearing loss, and balance issues.
Vestibular Neuritis:
Inflammation of the vestibular nerve, usually due to a viral disease, causing severe vertigo, nausea, and balance problems without hearing loss.
Cholesteatoma:
An abnormal, noncancerous skin growth in the middle ear that can damage ear structures and lead to hearing loss, dizziness, and ear discharge.
Perforated Eardrum:
A hole or tear in the eardrum caused by infection, injury, or sudden pressure changes, resulting in pain, hearing loss, and sometimes discharge.
Barotrauma:
Injury to the ear due to changes in pressure, often experienced during air travel or diving, causing ear pain, dizziness, and hearing changes.
Acoustic Neuroma (Vestibular Schwannoma):
A benign tumor on the vestibular nerve at the brain side leading from the inner ear at cerebello pontine angle, it is very slow growing causing hearing loss, tinnitus, and balance problems.
